I work with creative founders and small teams who are really good at what they do but don't necessarily want to spend their days managing every little detail behind the scenes. I step in to help bring some structure to the chaos. Whether that means coordinating a project, keeping clients and collaborators in the loop, creating marketing materials, organizing workflows, or simply taking a long list of things off your plate and making sure they actually get done.
I care about the details, but I don't believe organization has to feel corporate, complicated, or overly rigid. The best systems are the ones that make your work feel lighter and leave you with more room to do the thing you actually started your business to do.
At the end of the day, I want to be the person you can hand something to and think, “Great. I know she’s got it.”
Outside of work, I’m usually hanging out with my Boston Terrier Penelope (the unofficial mascot of Vivid Daze), scouring the internet for a great deal on vintage cowboy boots, or cooking an overly elaborate meal for my friends.
I’m building Vivid Daze because I believe creative people deserve support that is both practical and thoughtful. I’m here to help your ideas go from a blurry daze to vivid clarity. I can’t wait to work together.
Hey, I’m Jasmine.
I’ve always been the person who notices the little details. What’s not working, what may be slipping through the cracks and why.
The half-finished project. The email that needs a follow-up. The idea that’s been sitting in someone’s head for six months because something’s holding them back from actually making it happen.
That’s my bread and butter.
My professional life has been a bit of a journey. I've worked in luxury retail, for non profit organizations, as a nanny, and for small businesses where it’s just me and the founder figuring it out as we go. and while those worlds are pretty different, I kept finding myself drawn to the same role: bringing ideas, people, and details together and figuring out how to make everything move forward ease-fully.
So I decided to create a business out of it.
